Hannah Vollnogle is a Licensed Clinical Counselor who works to help individuals better understand their behavior and to set and reach goals to improve their overall mental health and wellness. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health and Addiction Counseling from Youngstown State University. She has more than 6 years of experience working with adults in a community-based setting to address substance use issues and mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. She also uses a solution-focused approach – combining techniques from motivational therapies, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectic Behavioral Therapy – to help individuals dealing with life transitions, parenting issues, and navigating child welfare involvement.
