She offers a comfortable and safe space for ALL people and incorporates humor into her treatment. Lauren feels humor helps to build the therapeutic relationship. Her main areas of focus include depression, anxiety and bipolar disorder.

In her spare time, Lauren enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and enjoying frequent trips to the Disney parks!
