Leighann Karrip, LISW-S, CCTP, started her career in 2019 supporting individuals and families through the challenges of long-term care and short-term rehabilitation, with a particular focus on memory care. These early career experiences helped shape her dedication to supporting resilience throughout various stages of life.

Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and trauma informed principles, Leighann provides supportive and collaborative care that meets clients where they are. Leighann works primarily with adults navigating transitions into early adulthood or the later stages of life. She specializes in trauma treatment and has a particular interest in supporting individuals through aging, caregiving, and the emotional complexities of grief.
