Stacey Aiton is a licensed clinical mental health counselor who has been practicing since 2014. She takes a holistic and integrative approach to care and is trained in mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and trauma-focused interventions.
