Christine Watson, Therapist
Christine Watson helps patients build practical skills to manage emotions, strengthen relationships, and improve daily functioning through compassionate, evidence-based counseling. She serves children, teens, adults, and seniors across Oklahoma, providing mental health therapy that is grounded in understanding each person’s unique goals and challenges. At LifeStance Health, she offers a supportive environment for those seeking relief from anxiety, depression, ADHD, and related concerns. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and non-prescribing clinician, Christine provides individual therapy and group therapy for children and adolescents, including teens, as well as adults and older adults. Her clinical work commonly addresses anxiety, ADHD, and depression, with additional experience supporting concerns such as trauma, grief, and childhood behavior issues. She also works with individuals navigating complex life stressors, offering care that balances empathy with structured, goal-oriented treatment. Regarding additional specialties, Christine does not limit her passion to a single diagnosis. Instead, she is deeply committed to integrated mental health care that looks at the whole person—emotional health, family dynamics, and life context—to support long-term wellness. This approach allows her to tailor treatment plans that evolve as patients grow and their needs change. Christine incorporates proven interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Therapy, and Family Therapy, and offers additional therapeutic approaches when appropriate. She has experience working with individuals and families connected to adoption or foster care, as well as those affected by autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities, while also supporting many other populations. Outside of her clinical work, Christine enjoys following sports as a dedicated Denver Broncos fan, reading, spending time outdoors, and expanding her love of travel.
