Brandee Butler, Therapist
Brandee Butler helps patients across Oklahoma build resilience, clarity, and emotional balance through compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. At LifeStance Health, she provides therapy services designed to meet people where they are, supporting children, adolescents, teens, adults, and seniors with thoughtful, individualized treatment that addresses both immediate concerns and long-term wellbeing throughout the state of Oklahoma. Brandee offers individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing, creating a supportive environment for healing and growth. She works with children and adolescents as young as six, teens, young adults, and older adults, and has experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities as well as military members and veterans. Her clinical approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), family-based interventions, and Christian counseling when aligned with patient preferences. She is especially passionate about helping individuals and families manage ADHD, anxiety, and trauma-related concerns. Brandee focuses on practical strategies that strengthen emotional regulation, improve relationships, and reduce the impact of overwhelming thoughts or past experiences. Her work emphasizes collaboration, skill-building, and helping patients develop tools they can use in everyday life, while also offering care for depression and additional mental health conditions. Brandee began practicing in 2015 and brings years of clinical experience to her work at LifeStance Health. Outside of therapy, she enjoys learning Spanish, arts and crafts, singing and music writing, Bible study, watching Korean dramas, reading, and podcasting.
