Serving individuals and families across Oklahoma, she provides a supportive environment where clients can address concerns such as anxiety, depression, and ADHD while working toward meaningful, lasting change. As a Licensed Professional Counselor with LifeStance Health, Lisa works with children, adolescents, teens, adults, and seniors, offering individual, couples, and family therapy. Her clinical approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to help clients better understand their thoughts, regulate emotions, and strengthen relationships. She has experience supporting individuals facing trauma, mood disorders, and life transitions, and she offers additional areas of expertise to meet diverse mental health needs. Lisa is especially passionate about supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and ADHD. She focuses on helping clients develop personalized strategies to manage symptoms, improve focus, and enhance daily functioning. By tailoring treatment to each person’s unique experiences, she empowers clients to build resilience and achieve greater balance in their lives. She also has experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those in foster or adoptive families, individuals on the autism spectrum, and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
