Nicholas is great. I've been working with Nicholas for around four months now and we have made a lot of progress in terms of addressing long-term issues with depression, motivation and negative thoughts in general. Historically my depression has seemed at times to be treatment resistant and I had more often than not given up pretty quickly on both therapy and medication options, this is the longest I've stuck with it, and while I still have the occasional bad day, the difference is huge and I tend to be more balanced in general emotionally. Nicholas is easy to talk to, listens and is empathetic and willing to explore various ways to help a person address any issues that want addressed and to help in my case motivate me more as well.
