Anastasia is a Licensed Professional Counselor who graduated from Oregon State University with a Master’s Degree in counseling with a clinical mental health focus. Anastasia believes in working collaboratively with clients, empowering them in their journey towards growth and healing. She approaches counseling from an attachment and trauma-informed lens and draws from person-centered therapy, attachment theory, internal family systems, and emotionally focused therapy. Her main areas of focus are working with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, sexual assault, domestic abuse, relationship issues, and disordered eating. Anastasia is also trained in eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR) and eating disorder intuitive therapy (EDIT). In her spare time, Anastasia enjoys spending time with her family and connecting with others. She loves spending time in nature and jumps at any opportunity to be creative.
