I can’t say enough good things about Nicole. She is very supportive and insightful through my mental health journey. From our very first session, she made me feel safe, heard, and understood. Her approach is compassionate, but also challenges me to think deeply and work through my emotions in a healthy way. I’m already seeing the positive impact she’s having on my life, and I feel so hopeful for the future with her help. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a therapist who truly cares about their well-being!

I have been very impressed with Lifestance. Kennedy Anyanwu is my prescriber and Nicole is my therapist. I have had quite a few of each, and I really think they are great. Scheduling was very easy and they do a great job of reminding me of appointments.

She was kind, listened, didn't make me feel judged or rushed. It was only my intake, but I'm excited for our sessions.
