Robin Ackerman is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults in various inpatient and outpatient settings. She specializes in depression, anxiety, alcohol/drug abuse, childhood behavioral difficulties, ADD/ADHD and transitional life issues.

Robin treats patients 5 years of age and older by incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques into her practice. She utilizes a strength-based approach to help individuals see how thoughts, feelings, patterns, along with past and present conflicts, contribute to current struggles.
