Amber works collaboratively with her clients to create personalized plans that foster resilience, promote healing, and encourage personal growth. Amber specializes in treating anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders including PTSD. She also has extensive experience working with individuals managing bipolar disorder and psychosis, as well as those coping with substance use concerns. With a strong foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices, Amber offers a well-rounded therapeutic approach to help clients gain insight, regulate emotions, and develop effective coping strategies. Deeply committed to supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community, veterans, and individuals experiencing post-partum anxiety or depression, Amber is especially passionate about helping clients overcome the complex emotional challenges associated with trauma and substance use.
