Tiffany Busby, Therapist
Tiffany Busby, LISW-CP, helps children, teens, and adults in South Carolina navigate life’s challenges with compassion and evidence-based care. She provides individual, couples, and family therapy, supporting clients through anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and trauma. Tiffany works with patients across diverse backgrounds, including those connected to adoption and foster care, first responders, and members of the military community. She believes in creating a safe, supportive space where healing and growth can take place. Tiffany is especially passionate about working with children and adolescents experiencing behavioral concerns, ADHD, and emotional difficulties that impact their daily lives. She understands how these challenges can affect both the individual and their family system, and she integrates interventions like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Family Therapy to create meaningful progress. Her approach is tailored to meet each client’s unique needs, ensuring that treatment supports long-term resilience and emotional well-being. In addition to her focus on youth and families, Tiffany frequently works with women facing postpartum depression or anxiety, as well as those navigating the complexities of grief and trauma. She also has experience supporting individuals with bipolar disorder and autism spectrum disorders, recognizing that each client brings their own story, strengths, and goals to therapy. Tiffany’s clinical expertise is rooted in her commitment to helping people develop healthier coping strategies, improve relationships, and reclaim a sense of balance. Outside of her work at LifeStance Health, Tiffany enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family. She finds that these passions keep her grounded, curious, and connected—qualities that enhance her therapeutic practice.
