Keelan Lowrey, Therapist
Keelan Lowrey helps adolescents, teens, and adults build practical skills to navigate life’s challenges while developing greater confidence, resilience, and emotional balance. At LifeStance Health, he provides therapy for individuals, couples, and families throughout Tennessee. Keelan takes a collaborative and supportive approach, working closely with each patient to understand their experiences and create meaningful, lasting change. His clinical work commonly addresses concerns such as anxiety, depression, and ADHD, while also supporting individuals through complex life transitions and relational challenges. Keelan is particularly passionate about working with individuals who are navigating difficult or high-pressure circumstances. He has experience supporting people recently discharged from psychiatric hospitals who are seeking stability and structure as they transition back into daily life. He also assists individuals participating in court-ordered treatment programs and helps patients manage the documentation and emotional stress that can accompany disability paperwork. Through a structured yet compassionate approach, he helps patients build coping strategies, regain independence, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. His therapeutic style integrates evidence-based techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness-informed strategies. Keelan also provides couples and family therapy, helping clients improve communication, strengthen relationships, and resolve long-standing patterns of conflict. In addition to working with individuals and families, he has experience supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community, military service members and veterans, and individuals involved in adoption or foster care systems. He offers care for teens as well as adults across a wide range of life stages. Outside of his clinical work, Keelan enjoys spending time with his wife and their Australian Shepherd puppy, Skye. A lifelong sports enthusiast, he follows the Tennessee Titans and Nashville SC and proudly supports Florida State athletics as an alumnus. Having played soccer at the collegiate level, he continues to stay connected to the sport through playing and coaching in communities around Nashville. He also enjoys competitive board and card games with friends and family. Keelan Lowrey provides therapy services for teens and adults across Tennessee through LifeStance Health.
