Keshia Dunn helps children, adolescents, teens, adults, and seniors across Tennessee navigate life’s challenges with confidence by providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care at LifeStance Health. She offers individual, couples, and family therapy, supporting clients in managing anxiety, depression, and trauma while building healthier relationships and improving overall emotional well-being. Keshia works collaboratively with clients to understand their experiences and create practical strategies for change. Her clinical focus includes anxiety, depression, and alcohol and drug use concerns, while also supporting a wide range of additional mental health needs. She integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches to help clients regulate emotions, shift unhelpful thought patterns, and strengthen coping skills for everyday life. She has experience working with diverse populations, including individuals in adoption or foster care, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and military or veteran populations, and offers additional areas of support tailored to each client’s unique goals. Keshia also provides psychological testing as part of her comprehensive approach to care, helping inform accurate diagnosis and effective treatment planning. With a warm and approachable style, Keshia creates a space where clients feel safe to explore challenges, build insight, and move toward meaningful, lasting change. She earned her degrees from Grand Canyon University and Bluefield College and has been practicing since 2018. Outside of her clinical work, Keshia enjoys spending quality time with her family, supporting her daughter at school events, and embracing the outdoors. She often takes her dog to the park, enjoys motorcycle rides during the warmer months, and unwinds with psychological thrillers and comedies. Keshia Dunn is dedicated to helping individuals and families throughout Tennessee achieve improved mental health and a greater sense of balance.
