Her approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies, integrating these with practical coping skills to help clients manage symptoms and improve daily functioning. Shonda also offers faith-based treatment when requested, supporting clients in connecting therapeutic goals with personal beliefs.
