Tiffany Owen, Therapist
Tiffany Owen helps patients build practical skills to manage symptoms, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change. She provides therapy services across Texas, supporting teens, adults, and seniors with compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each individual’s goals and life circumstances. Her approach emphasizes collaboration, empowering patients with tools they can apply in everyday life to improve emotional well-being and resilience. Tiffany specializes in treating anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma, while also supporting concerns such as ADHD, bipolar disorder, and life transitions. She integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based strategies to help patients better understand thought patterns, regulate emotions, and develop healthier coping mechanisms. She offers individual, couples, and family therapy, and has experience working with diverse populations including first responders, military/veterans, and individuals on the autism spectrum, along with additional populations. A key focus of Tiffany’s work is supporting individuals who have been recently discharged from a psychiatric hospital or are participating in court-ordered treatment. She is especially passionate about helping these patients stabilize, rebuild confidence, and successfully transition back into daily life. Her structured yet supportive approach promotes accountability while maintaining a nonjudgmental environment where patients feel understood and guided. Tiffany treats adolescents and teens as well as adults and older adults, addressing challenges such as school avoidance, relationship difficulties, and major life changes. She uses an integrative style, blending therapeutic techniques to meet each patient’s unique needs rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all model. Outside of her clinical work, Tiffany enjoys spending time with loved ones and exploring personal interests like reading, music, movies, and television. She also values time outdoors, including fishing, hiking, boating, swimming, and enjoying the sunshine.
