Sarah Erickson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas who has been practicing since 2020. She has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Kaplan University and a Master’s in Social Work from Walden University. Sarah can help a client work through reported traumatic experiences using DBT and/or EMDR. She can help a client learn how to recognize triggers for depressive moods, anger, self-harm, and suicidal ideations, then learn healthy alternative behaviors to mitigate these stressors and prevent harm. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, crocheting, playing with her dogs, and visiting friends.
