Vicki has an educational background in trauma, sexual assaults, and years of experience working in mental health. She has worked on psychiatric units in hospitals and worked as a crisis clinician with individuals struggling with mental health issues. Vicki has worked in the community as a Clinical Care Manager supporting individuals connecting to community-based services to decrease hospitalizations and ER visits. Her experience is trauma oriented, PTSD, MDD, Anxiety mood disorders, and ADHD. Vicki has 11 years of experience doing bio-psycho-social assessments and practice as a therapist using CBT, Psychoanalysis, motivational interviewing incorporating a multitude of theories and therapeutic modalities to support regulation by incorporating brain and body insight with deep breathing relaxation techniques.
Outside of work, Vicki enjoys running, exercise, art, fishing, listening to music, hiking, and crafts.
