Savannah Howe, practicing at LifeStance Health, offers specialized therapeutic support for children, adolescents, and families across Texas. Utilizing Play Therapy and Sand Tray Therapy, she creates a safe and nurturing environment where young clients can express themselves and work through emotional and behavioral challenges. Savannah’s approach is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, fostering growth and healing through creative and evidence-based interventions.In addition to her focus on Play Therapy and Sand Tray Therapy, Savannah specializes in treating anxiety, childhood behavior issues, and depression. She employs a variety of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to address these concerns. Savannah is also skilled in providing family therapy and parenting skills training, recognizing the critical role of family dynamics in a child’s development and mental health.
Her comprehensive approach ensures that both individual and familial needs are addressed, promoting harmony and understanding within the family unit.Savannah’s expertise extends to working with populations involved in adoption and foster care, where she brings a compassionate and informed perspective to her practice. Outside of her professional life, Savannah enjoys spending time in nature, particularly by the river or at the beach, and swimming with her dog. These activities help her maintain a balanced and peaceful life, which she brings into her therapeutic practice. She is available Monday through Friday, 9am through 5pm. Please note she is willing to adjust her schedule to accommodate any evening or early morning appointment preferences through telehealth.
