Angela Naki, Therapist
Angela Naki helps patients across Texas find stability, emotional relief, and renewed confidence through thoughtful, evidence-based mental health care. At LifeStance Health, she supports children, adolescents, teens, adults, and seniors, offering both individual and family-centered treatment tailored to the needs of diverse communities throughout the state. She is especially passionate about treating trauma, school avoidance, and complex life transitions. Angela is known for her steady, grounding presence with patients navigating PTSD and trauma-related symptoms, and she works closely with children and adolescents who are struggling to attend school due to anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or family stressors. Her approach emphasizes safety, practical skills, and restoring a sense of empowerment for individuals of all ages. Angela’s clinical expertise includes anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma, along with additional specialties that allow her to support patients with a wide range of concerns. She integrates EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, offering additional therapeutic interventions to meet each patient’s needs. She frequently works with first responders, military and veteran populations, and LGBTQ+ individuals, applying a culturally attuned and compassionate lens. When helpful, she incorporates Psychological Testing to provide deeper clinical insight and guide treatment planning. Outside her work, Angela enjoys reading, traveling, cooking, and baking, and she treasures time spent spoiling her granddaughter and sharing moments with family and friends.
