Lorrie Belnap is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Utah who has been practicing since 2002. Life can be hard. It’s even harder when you have a history of trauma. Lorrie does a therapy called Accelerated Resolution Therapy that has shown significant resolution of trauma related symptoms in as little as one to three sessions. It doesn’t work for everyone, but if you can recall painful experiences that you’ve had and hold an image in your mind while focusing on sensations in your body, it will likely work for you. Facing issues related to trauma can be intimidating and scary, but Lorrie has seen Accelerated Resolution Therapy produce profound healing, for people who have experienced trauma, in a very short period of time. Lorrie meets with individuals who are struggling with a variety of stressors in their life. Sometimes it’s comforting to simply have someone to talk to, to vent to, and to bounce ideas off of while trying to figure out how to navigate difficult things that life throws at you.
