Erin Wilson, Therapist
I have seen so may different kinds of people and each one of them is like a story book. They all have different things happen and they learn about themselves from those things. I’ve seen so many of them and listened to those stories and now I can see the patterns in between them and combine that with all the things I’ve learned about how our brains track information and tell us what to do, and give you ideas on what your pieces of your story book tell me that you may find useful. I think a lot of people don’t know what therapy is going into it and that can be really scary. So hopefully understanding that’s it’s just a safe space to tell your story and let someone look at it from and outside perspective and confront you with the parts of it you may be blind to, can be comforting. Or possibly overwhelming. . . But we can talk about that.
