Robert Miller helps patients in Utah find relief from overwhelming emotions, relationship stress, and life transitions that feel difficult to navigate alone. He supports teens, adults, and seniors at LifeStance Health through individual therapy that focuses on strengthening coping skills, improving communication, and restoring a sense of personal well-being. Robert has extensive experience helping people manage anxiety, depression, and trauma. He is dedicated to creating a safe space where individuals can process grief, explore identity concerns, or work through challenges connected to major life changes. He understands how emotional burdens can impact work, family, and daily functioning, and he collaborates closely with each person to set realistic goals that lead to meaningful progress. Robert frequently works with military and veteran communities, as well as those seeking support with men’s mental health and relationship concerns. He uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness-based strategies and offers additional interventions tailored to each patient’s needs. His approach is practical and emotionally supportive, with a focus on helping clients build healthier patterns that support long-term growth. Outside of therapy, Robert enjoys staying active and involved with sports such as pickleball, softball, and golf. His favorite moments are spent cheering on his grandchildren as they compete in their own games.

See what our patients are saying about Robert Miller

I have been seeing Dr. Fortuchang for a little over 2 months now. She has made me feel so comfortable to open up and really get to the bottom of my issues. I’ve been in therapy off and on for years and have encountered many therapists who could act like they could care less but I truly feel that Dr. Fortuchang truly cares, truly wants to see resolution, truly wants to see her patients resolve their issues and see themselves as Christ does. I wasn’t so sure about a Christ centered approach as I had never really experienced it before but there is a vast difference between Christ centered and not! I can definitely see improvement in my way of thinking and therefore my overall quality of mental well-being, where the other therapists never even bothered to address this area of my life.

Dr. Fortuchang and The Fort Christian Psychiatric Outpatient Center has been a Godsend! It is rare that a doctor lives up to the words on their website. Dr. Fortuchang is the exception. She listens, respects your time, treats you like a human being and not a mental patient, encourages your questions, and feedback all while giving God the glory for blessing her with the marvelous gifts of compassionate care, wisdom, and guidance.
