Lindsey Van Roo, Therapist
Lindsey Van Roo is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Utah who has been practicing since 2019. Lindsey works with a range of diagnoses including but not limited to depression, anxiety, ADHD, personality disorders, and PTSD. She can help clients identify life goals and areas of personality growth, alleviate emotional disturbances, learn new coping skills, and process trauma. Lindsey has several years of experience working within community mental health with all ages and identifying populations. One of Lindsey’s main goals as a therapist is to help create that space and time for clients to participate in therapy and feel safe and supported. Lindsey loves the outdoors and spending time in the mountains or on a beach with family and friends. She enjoys playing and watching soccer and basketball, as well as most other sports. She is a certified yoga instructor and practices it most days at home or in a community class. She is also passionate about food, whether it is cooking or baking at home or finding new fun restaurants to try.
