Kendall Sullivan, Therapist
Kendall Sullivan, LPC, helps children, teens, adults, and seniors across Virginia build practical skills for managing life’s challenges, strengthening relationships, and improving emotional well-being. At LifeStance Health, she provides compassionate, evidence-based care through individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, and group therapy, supporting clients as they work through concerns such as ADHD, anxiety, and depression while creating meaningful, lasting change. Kendall works with children, adolescents, teens, adults, and older adults, and she has experience supporting individuals and families from adoption and foster care backgrounds, those on the autism spectrum, and members of the LGBTQ+ community, along with additional populations. Her clinical approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Family Therapy, with additional interventions offered as needed. She partners closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that are both goal-oriented and grounded in empathy. While Kendall treats a wide range of mental health concerns, she does not limit her work to a single niche. Instead, she is deeply committed to meeting each client where they are—especially children and teens navigating ADHD, anxiety, and trauma-related stressors—while also supporting adults and couples facing mood concerns or relationship challenges. She believes in whole-person, collaborative care that empowers clients and families with tools they can use beyond the therapy room. Outside of sessions, Kendall enjoys reading, crafting, traveling, skiing, and live performances. She is passionate about rescuing animals, spending time with family and friends, and all things Disney.
