Mary has experience working with various children and adolescents who have a variety of needs including anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, and interpersonal communication skills. She is able to build trusting relationships with clients and meet them where they are emotionally. Mary explores goals of counseling with the client to develop a reasonable treatment plan. She uses various theoretical approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, solution-focused and person-centered counseling. Outside of work, Mary enjoys travelling, reading, cooking, being in nature, and spending time with family and friends. She is a bit of a “foodie” and really likes to try out new restaurants.
