With a rich background as a psychotherapist and social worker in the USA, Canada, and India, Ananya brings a diverse and culturally sensitive perspective to her work, helping clients from various backgrounds feel understood and supported. Ananya is particularly passionate about treating anxiety, depression, and trauma, specializing in helping those who have experienced grief, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), or obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). She provides a safe and compassionate space for clients and couples to explore their emotions and develop coping strategies. Ananya’s therapeutic methods are rooted in evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT). Outside of her clinical work, Ananya is an avid animal lover who volunteers with animal organizations. She also enjoys hiking, dancing, practicing yoga, and spending time with her dog.
