Thank you for taking time to view my profile. I am a telehealth therapist who enjoys working with tween, teens, and young adults on issues related to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, and trauma. I view my client through a trauma-informed lens, and I will meet you where you’re at–you are in the driver’s seat of your therapeutic goals. My hope is to provide my clients a safe place to feel supported and heard, while offering compassionate honesty and a little humor. At this time, I am EMDR-informed (ie, EMDR-trained), and I borrow from other evidence-based practices (ie, CBT, etc). In my free time you can find me spending time with loved ones or swooning over a good book!
