Becca is a licensed mental health counselor in the states of Oregon & Washington. She holds a master’s degree in Professional Mental Health Counseling from Lewis & Clark College and a BA from Grinnell College. She has experience working with adolescents, adults, and older adults in community mental health, school, and hospital settings. Becca’s approach to counseling is integrative. She uses elements of Psychodynamic, Internal family systems, Narrative, as well as CBT, DBT, ACT & Somatic therapies to help people identify unconscious forces and patterns and make them conscious. Becca also enjoys exploring- especially outside.
