Andrea Grosskurth, Therapist
Andrea Grosskurth, LCSW, helps individuals and families find steadiness and relief through life’s emotional challenges with thoughtful, evidence-based care. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy to children, teens, and adults across Wisconsin, supporting clients as they build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and improve overall mental health. Andrea specializes in anxiety, depression, and trauma, offering a structured yet compassionate approach to care. She integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to help clients better understand patterns, regulate emotions, and create lasting change. Her work also includes supporting individuals with childhood behavior concerns and complex mental health needs, while offering additional areas of expertise. She is particularly passionate about helping individuals navigate reproductive mental health and life transitions, including infertility, pregnancy, postpartum challenges, and both midlife and later-life changes. Andrea provides a supportive space to process grief, identity shifts, and evolving roles, empowering clients to move forward with clarity and confidence. Andrea works with children, teens, adults, and older adults, tailoring her approach to each stage of life. She has experience supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community, first responders, and military veterans, and she values creating an inclusive, respectful therapeutic environment for diverse experiences. Outside of her clinical work, Andrea enjoys crocheting, baking, reading, and spending time walking her dog.
