Jonathan Morales, Therapist
Jonathan Morales, LPC, helps patients find steadiness, clarity, and renewed confidence by offering practical, compassionate support tailored to their individual needs. Serving patients across Wisconsin through LifeStance Health, he works with children, adolescents, teens, and adults of all ages, creating a therapeutic space where people can explore challenges safely and begin meaningful change. Jonathan specializes in treating conditions such as anxiety, ADHD, and depression, as well as childhood behavior issues, grief, and PTSD/trauma. He has extensive experience supporting individuals through school avoidance, hoarding behaviors, midlife or later-life transitions, and postpartum depression or anxiety. His approach centers on understanding the whole person—not just symptoms—so patients feel seen, supported, and empowered in their healing journey. He is particularly passionate about helping individuals navigate complex emotional transitions, strengthen self-empowerment, and reconnect with their personal values. Jonathan focuses on guiding clients through periods of uncertainty, helping them rebuild trust in themselves and develop healthier patterns that support long-term well-being. He brings a grounded, empathetic presence to therapy, especially when working with those experiencing grief, major life changes, or trauma-related concerns. Jonathan works with diverse populations, including individuals in the adoption and foster care community and members of the LGBTQ+ community, and he offers culturally responsive care for both men and women. He uses evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness practices. He also provides additional therapeutic approaches to meet the needs of each patient. Outside of his clinical work, Jonathan enjoys spending quality time with his partner and their dogs, exploring Wisconsin’s outdoor spaces, hiking scenic trails, camping, and discovering new destinations on his motorcycle.
