Lorena Bravo-Molina, LSW, supports individuals and families in navigating emotional distress, life transitions, and mental health concerns through compassionate, evidence-based care. At LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy to children, adolescents, teens, adults, and older adults throughout Illinois, fostering a safe, collaborative environment where clients can build coping skills, enhance resilience, and improve day-to-day functioning.

She has specialized experience in treating ADHD, anxiety, and depression, tailoring her approach to align with each client’s developmental stage and personal goals. Lorena incorporates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to address mood-related concerns, attention and behavioral challenges, and stress connected to school, work, and family life. She also has experience working with individuals from the adoption and foster care community, as well as members of the LGBTQ+ community, and can address additional areas of concern as needed.

A central focus of Lorena’s work is supporting individuals transitioning out of psychiatric hospitalization. She helps clients regain stability, better understand their symptoms, and develop practical routines and coping strategies that support safety, continuity of care, and long-term recovery. Her transition-focused care emphasizes collaboration, skill-building, and rebuilding a sense of confidence and independence during a vulnerable period.

Lorena works with children and adolescents, including teens, as well as adults and older adults, and offers services in Spanish. She is recognized for her culturally responsive approach and her dedication to helping clients break cycles of distress and move toward meaningful, lasting change.

Outside of her clinical work, Lorena enjoys spending time with loved ones, engaging in art and music, attending concerts and theater performances, exploring new restaurants, and traveling to warm destinations.

Lorena Bravo-Molina provides services with supervision.
