Stephanie Carey, Therapy Clinician
Stephanie helps teens and adults find meaningful ways to navigate life’s challenges and build healthier relationships with themselves and others. She also works with couples, supporting them through relationship concerns, communication challenges, and life transitions. She has experience working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use. She helps clients gain new perspectives, strengthen emotional resilience, and create changes that feel realistic and sustainable in everyday life.
Stephanie believes that authenticity and connection matter. She finds that when she shows up as her genuine self, clients feel more comfortable doing the same. Clients can expect a compassionate, collaborative approach that includes warmth, honesty, and a thoughtful dose of humor as they work together toward healing, balance, and more enjoyment in daily life. Stephanie strives to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and refreshingly human—where clients don’t need to have everything figured out to begin.
