Michael Jeska, MS, helps individuals from young adults through mid-life, to retirement age and beyond navigate life’s challenges with compassion, clarity, and purpose.

He incorporates a strengths-based, person-centered approach that is both non-judgmental and empowering. His work is grounded in the belief that healing involves both understanding one’s past and creating a hopeful path forward. His goal is to provide a place of safety for patients struggling with anxiety and depression, helping patients discover their individual strengths. His special focus includes men’s issues, trauma, and veterans’ needs.

He has received training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and provides interpersonal therapy that is dynamically solution-focused. He enjoys working with patients across a broad range of cultural contexts, including LGBTQ+ and working with couples, helping to navigate relationship and communication challenges and life/work transitions.

Michael tailors each session to the unique goals and values of his clients. He also offers Christian counseling for those who wish to integrate their spiritual beliefs into therapy.

Outside of his work at Life Stance Health, Michael enjoys spending time with family and friends, listening to music, gardening, fishing, and watching classic movies. His love of nature, pets, and simple moments of connection mirrors the grounding and mindful perspective he brings to his practice.
