Taylor Caldwell helps patients build practical skills, emotional insight, and resilience so they can feel more grounded and confident in daily life, and she provides individual therapy through LifeStance Health. Serving teens, adults, and seniors across New Jersey, Taylor offers a supportive and structured space to address concerns such as anxiety, ADHD, and trauma-related challenges. Her approach blends warmth with clinical intention, meeting each patient where they are while focusing on meaningful, sustainable progress. Taylor is especially experienced in supporting adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, and PTSD or trauma. She is passionate about helping patients understand how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors interact, and how small, intentional changes can lead to lasting improvement. Therapy with Taylor emphasizes collaboration and empowerment, whether patients are managing everyday stressors or more complex emotional experiences. In her work, Taylor integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based strategies to help patients strengthen emotional regulation, build coping skills, and increase self-awareness. She has experience working with individuals involved in adoption or foster care, those on the autism spectrum, and members of the LGBTQ+ community, while offering affirming, individualized care. Outside of the therapy room, Taylor enjoys music, attending concerts, and spending time with her four-year-old Labrador Retriever.
