Jenifer Grote, helps teens, adults, and seniors in Ohio manage anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and related emotional challenges through compassionate, individualized therapy. Serving patients through LifeStance Health, she provides a supportive environment where clients can explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and build resilience for lasting mental wellness. Jenifer works closely with each individual to address challenges that affect daily life, relationships, and personal growth.

A particular focus for Jenifer is supporting clients as they navigate anxiety, depression, and mood disorders such as bipolar disorder. She utilizes evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness to help patients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns, regulate emotions, and develop practical strategies for managing stress. Jenifer also provides specialized support for men, women, and LGBTQ+ individuals, ensuring therapy is tailored to each person’s unique experiences and needs.

Jenifer treats teens, young adults, adults, and seniors, providing a safe and non-judgmental space to explore challenges and work toward meaningful personal growth. Outside of her clinical practice, Jenifer enjoys hiking, walking, yoga, cooking, and spending time with her beloved cats. These personal interests reflect her commitment to holistic wellness and balance in life.
