Harry Collins, Therapy Clinician
Harry Collins, LICSW supports adults and seniors across Rhode Island in navigating life’s challenges with warmth, structure, and a strengths-based approach. He works with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, creating a safe and collaborative therapeutic space that encourages growth and emotional resilience. Harry provides personalized care rooted in evidence-based practices to help clients clarify their goals, manage symptoms, and move toward a more balanced, fulfilling life. Harry has a particular passion for supporting clients through later life transitions, midlife changes, and grief. He understands the complexities that come with aging, shifting identities, loss, and redefined purpose. His approach centers on helping individuals regain a sense of meaning, manage uncertainty, and build coping skills that honor both the struggles and strengths of these unique life stages. In his practice, Harry specializes in treating depression, PTSD and trauma, and ADHD. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based interventions, he helps clients gain greater awareness of their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building practical tools to manage distress. He also works with individuals navigating developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, and head injuries, tailoring care to meet their unique experiences and needs. Harry brings an inclusive perspective to his work, offering affirming care to people of all backgrounds, with a particular focus on men’s mental health. His supportive style, clinical expertise, and genuine curiosity help clients feel heard and empowered throughout the therapeutic process. Outside of his work at LifeStance Health, Harry enjoys running, biking, traveling, and spending time outdoors—often with a cup of strong coffee and his Golden Retriever by his side.
Harry Collins provides services with supervision.
