Elizabeth Daniels, Therapy Clinician
Elizabeth Daniels is dedicated to helping individuals and families in Tennessee navigate life’s most difficult emotional and behavioral challenges. At LifeStance Health, she provides a compassionate, evidence-based approach to therapy for children, teens, and adults, creating a safe and inclusive space for personal growth and healing. Whether supporting a young child struggling with emotional regulation or guiding an adult through a major life transition, Elizabeth tailors treatment to meet each client’s unique needs. Elizabeth offers individual, couples, and family therapy with a focus on promoting long-term mental wellness. She is passionate about working with those managing anxiety, depression, or ADHD, and she is especially attuned to the needs of adolescents, young adults, and families facing behavioral or school-related concerns. As a clinician committed to inclusivity and understanding, she also supports members of the LGBTQ+ and adoption/foster care communities with a nonjudgmental, strengths-based perspective. Elizabeth is especially passionate about helping clients address grief, trauma, and reproductive challenges. She works with individuals experiencing postpartum depression and anxiety, women processing trauma, and clients navigating fertility and pregnancy loss. Her approach is warm, validating, and informed by clinical techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and family therapy. She also offers parent-child interaction therapy and couples counseling to strengthen relationships and improve communication. Outside of her clinical work, Elizabeth enjoys painting, reading, watching movies, and spending time with her beloved cat, Kit Kat. Her creative spirit and thoughtful presence inform her therapeutic style and allow her to connect meaningfully with clients of all ages and backgrounds.
