Jasmine Warren, M.A LRC, helps children, teens, and adults across Virginia build resilience, strengthen emotional well-being, and move forward through life’s challenges with clarity and confidence. At LifeStance Health, she provides compassionate, evidence-based care for clients navigating concerns such as anxiety, ADHD, and depression, while also supporting those impacted by trauma. Jasmine creates a collaborative, welcoming space where patients feel understood and empowered, offering individual and group therapy to meet people where they are. Jasmine works with children, adolescents, teens, adults, and seniors, and has experience supporting individuals from the adoption and foster care community, LGBTQ+ clients, and military members and veterans, among others. Her clinical approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), with additional evidence-based strategies tailored to each person’s goals.
