Timothy Parks, Psychologist

Through comprehensive psychological assessments, Dr. Parks identifies the underlying factors impacting academic performance, work productivity, social relationships, and overall well-being. He collaborates closely with clients and their families to develop clear, personalized treatment plans that foster long-term success.

One of Dr. Parks’ key areas of expertise is in addressing learning and intellectual disabilities, including school or work avoidance, behavioral concerns, and developmental delays. He utilizes evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and parenting skills training to guide individuals and families through the complexities of these conditions.

Dr. Parks is passionate about creating a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard and empowered. Whether it’s helping a child manage ADHD, supporting a teen through anxiety, or guiding a young adult facing life transitions, his goal is to build confidence, resilience, and practical coping skills that improve everyday functioning.

Outside of his clinical work, Dr. Parks enjoys staying active through running and weightlifting, as well as spending his free time playing and listening to music, cooking, and reading.
