Demi Devenny, Therapist
I believe counseling is a safe place to ask for help, search for hope, and work for positive change. Each of us are made up from our own experiences, mine have led me to help others and taught me that each of us deserve our own individualized care. I believe in meeting you exactly where you are in your journey while also providing a safe and non-judgmental space to express yourself. During the good moments and the challenging times, I will be by your side, with optimism to guide and eagerness to reinforce growth.
We are all traveling down our road of life searching for meaning and working to move mountains: however, on this epic journey most of us at times find ourselves feeling defeated or getting lost along the way. Through counseling I aim to be an active passenger on your journey supplying guidance based on your own intuition and experiences. Together we will strive to create a space where we can facilitate your own growth and explore your life goals, values, and boundaries. My hope is that toward the end of our journey together you’ll see yourself not lost to be found but as an explorer prepared and excited to travel new roads.
