Janice Lee, Therapist
Everyone arrives at counseling with a unique story of experiences and as such, the process of care should be just as unique to the individual. I aim to help you explore your story and develop a deeper, more intimate understanding of yourself so that you can better live your life and tell your story the way you want.
I will work with you to create a collaborative space, where you are the expert on your lived experiences, values, beliefs, and needs, and I am the counselor providing you honest, empathetic, nonjudgmental, and reflective support and guidance in navigating your concerns. It won’t always be easy, and there may be times where it feels like little or no progress is being made, but as little as the steps forward may feel, they are still steps towards what you are seeking, and you don’t have to do it alone. Together, we will find what works best for you, adjusting as we go to ensure you are receiving the care you need and deserve. I truly look forward to meeting you, getting to know, and creating a safe and empowering space with you!
