Donna Lynch helps children, adolescents, and teens stabilize symptoms, improve daily functioning, and feel more supported through thoughtful, developmentally informed psychiatric care. Practicing at LifeStance Health, she provides medication management services to patients across Massachusetts, partnering closely with families to address emotional, behavioral, and attention-related concerns during critical stages of growth. Donna’s clinical work centers on prescribing and managing medications for ADHD, anxiety, and depression in children and adolescents. She takes a careful, individualized approach that considers each patient’s age, environment, and overall health, with close monitoring to support both safety and effectiveness. Her goal is to reduce symptoms that interfere with learning, relationships, and emotional regulation, while helping young patients build a stronger foundation for long-term well-being. In addition to these primary areas, Donna supports teens and young adults experiencing bipolar disorder, trauma-related symptoms, obsessive-compulsive disorder, eating disorders, and school avoidance, and she provides medication management for alcohol and drug use issues when appropriate. She has experience working with individuals involved in adoption or foster care, as well as patients with autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities. This background allows her to tailor care plans that respect neurodevelopmental differences and complex psychosocial needs, while coordinating with caregivers and other providers as needed. Donna has been practicing since 2023 and is committed to accessible, compassionate psychiatric care. Outside of clinical practice, she enjoys spending time outdoors fishing, hiking, swimming, and kayaking, as well as observing wildlife, connecting with animals, and volunteering in the community.
